Meet Our Brewmaster
The handcrafted beers of Jefferson Street Brewery are created by Wesley Chastain. Wes has over 15 years of brewing experience. He brewed beer for Hop’s Grill and Bar locations throughout Florida. Subsequent to his work at Hops, he brewed for Monkey King Brewpub in Stuart, Florida.
He is an award-winning Brewmaster with 2 gold medals, 2 silver medals and 3 bronze medals from the Best Beer in Florida Championships.
